We aren't a call center. Hersch was built by licensed builders and accredited, credentialed designers who then spent a decade closing high-ticket luxury work. We've sat across the table from the client with the seven-figure remodel and the cold feet.
Closing luxury work isn't about pressure — it's about discovery. The best closers dig in on the front end so there's nothing to overcome on the back end. We educate on price the whole way through, so the final number lands as reasonable, not shocking. We rebuild the vision until the client is emotionally committed before a figure is ever discussed. Late objections mean someone skipped the work — we don't skip the work.
